So, what ATVs have the same bolt pattern? Well, it depends on the manufacturer and the model of the four-wheeler. Very few quads have the same bolt pattern. Do all the quad rims have the same bolt pattern?
As said, not all the quads that you find have the same bolt pattern. Moreover, finding the right rim means finding the right bolt size. And, when it is about finding the right rim for your ATV, things are a bit tricky. That’s because there are plenty of bolt sizes.
In short, to understand bolt patterns, you need to understand lug holes. These holes represent the holes that surround the hub bore on the wheel’s center. They are mechanical attachment points concerning the vehicle’s wheel. And, they use lug bolts or lug nuts, commonly referred to as lugs.
While these holes are small, they perform the big task of making the wheels attached to the quad. The lug hole is characterized by a circular design called the bolt pattern. This pattern helps you decide the right wheel that fits your quad. Keep in mind that your ATV will accept a wheel with the same bolt pattern that comes with the original equipment.
What ATVs have a 4×110 bolt pattern?
Of all the ATVs that you will find around, the 4 x 110 bolt pattern is common to Honda Sport, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, Can-Am Bombardier, and Arctic Cat. In general, all non-sport Yamaha ATVs use a 4 X 110 bolt pattern except the 2019 YXZ which uses a 4/156 bolt pattern.
Besides, Suzuki uses a 4 x 110 bolt pattern on all their quads. So, how to measure whether or not a wheel has a 110mm bolt pattern? The first thing to do is convert the measurement to millimeters from inches. And, you can do that by multiplying it by 25.4.
For example, wheel stud measurement is 4 to 5 divided by 16 inches will give 4.313. Next, multiply it with 25.4 and you have 109.6, which is a 110 mm bolt pattern. Commonly, a 4-lug pattern with a diameter of 110 mm will have a bolt pattern of 4 x 110.
What ATVs have a 4×115 bolt pattern?
An ATV with a 4 x 115 bolt pattern is found on most Arctic Cat four-wheelers. And, it includes the 400 and 500 models alongside the Wildcat, Trail, and X. Also, it includes Prowler 1000, 700, 650, and many more.
The 4 x 115 bolt pattern comprises the stud count, which is 4 and bolt circle measurement which is 115. When it is about measuring four-lug bolt patterns, measure the lug wheel bolt pattern from the center and the distance between the studs that are far apart from each other. This will give you the bolt pattern diameter.
What are the ATVs with a 4×101.6 bolt pattern?
ATVs that have a 4 x 101.6 bolt pattern are popular among several mid-size quads such as Polaris Trail Bosses and Kawasaki ATVs such as Bayou 150 and Prairie 250. In the 4 x 101.6 bolt pattern, you get to see the stud count 4 and bolt circle measurement of 101.6.
What sport ATVs have the 4×144 bolt pattern?
In a 4 x 144 bolt pattern, the PCD or pitch circle diameter consists of stud count 4 and bolt circle measurement 144. And, the 4×144 bolt pattern is most common in quads such as Arctic Cat, Can-AM Bombardier, Kawasaki, Honda Sport, and Suzuki.
What ATVs use a 4×90 bolt pattern?
On most Suzuki quads, you will find a 4 x 90 bolt pattern. In a 4×90 bot pattern, the pitch circle diameter is made up of bolt circle measurement 90 and stud count 4. Besides, the notional circle is determined by the center position of the studs.
Do Yamaha and Honda ATVs have the same bolt pattern?
As you know, not all four-wheelers have the same bolt patterns. And, you shouldn’t buy a wheel unless you are 100% sure about the bolt size. While the Yamaha bolt pattern is almost universal, it doesn’t mean that it should be a perfect match for Honda ATVs or other quads.
So, if you are wondering whether or not Yamaha and Honda’s four-wheelers have the same bolt pattern, the short answer is that both of them use the same bolt pattern on most of their quads. Most Yamaha ATVs use a 4 x 110 pattern and so do Honda quads.
However, it is wise not to blindly buy a wheel with the same bolt pattern for any of these quads. Keep in mind that not all the models from Honda and Yamaha implement a 4 x 110 bolt pattern on the wheels. And, there are good reasons for it as well.
You can find the difference in some old models when companies tend to experiment with a lot of wheel types, studs, lugs, and everything that comes between. However, you don’t have to worry because it is very rare. With a bit of knowledge and experience, the whole idea of finding the right bolt pattern takes minimal effort and time.
Is Kawasaki and Honda ATVs the same wheel bolt pattern?
As you know, there are plenty of ATVs that has the same bolt pattern. Yet, it is wise to have a thorough look and understanding of the same whenever you are buying wheels for your four-wheeler. Many people wonder whether or not Kawasaki and Honda ATVs have the same bolt pattern.
So, the simple answer to this question is that it will vary in most cases. To make this clear, let’s take an example of Honda rims that has a 100 mm bolt pattern. And, whether or not it gets fitted in Kawasaki Brute Force 750, which supports a 110 mm bolt pattern as well.
As it appears that the Honda rims did fit on Brute Force 750. However, the rear rims had to be reversed. Also, you have to shim all four to about 1/4. Although it isn’t a necessity to reverse the rear rims, they tend to stick out about 8 inches on both sides if you don’t do that. Besides, it is great for field and sand riding. And, not for rough trails.
Are Kawasaki and Polaris ATVs the same bolt pattern?

No, they don’t have the same bolt pattern. When it comes to Polaris, most of their quads have a bolt pattern of 4 x 156. But when it is about Kawasaki, you get to see a lot of variety in their bolt pattern. They have 4 x 137, 4 x 110, 4 x 144, and 4 x 156.
